Healthy man of Europe - Ottoman Empire achievement

Hi guys, been trying for a while to the achievement Helthy man of Europe, but its damn hard. Its not hard for me to solve the sickman of europe, but its hard to become the number one in prestige. So any really good advice?

I am already doing:
-Construction building (iron, wood etc)
-Puppeting to get extra finances
-Trying to find a few goods to be number one
-Fight wars where top 5 prestige countries have to let go of some of their lands or puppets

Any other good advices?

The only way to ad significant size to your empire without constantly bumping against Infamy penalties is through colonizing unorganized countries. Your immediate military priorities at the start of the game should be an alliance for defense and transferring British East Africa, also subjugating Argentina before they do most of their colonizing will get you a large subject eventually.
For non-war stuff, while keeping up with the techs you need to stay alive also prioritize getting to scout cruisers and at least dreadnoughts. Naval bases seem to give the most Prestige-per-employee.
I believe it's also possible to get the achievement by juicing: run your military spending low to invest in buildings, then go into debt running max wages and min taxes for a few months.

I do think GB can't lose 1st place in the current game without a human player intervening and that they can't currently lose India or break China without a human player intervening either, but you probably are already running into that and know how to deal with it.

Build a big navy with the best ships available.

hm was quite an easy achievement. Start with protectorating everything, but check your eye for brasil + persia, then protectorate all south america. Once you deal with sick man of europe, run some revolution to pass legislations if you completely stuck with it, then use europe conflicts to easily set some nations free (I always run to free Ukraine). This is where the things go stupid, run for national militia, have insane army in conscripts, wait for Russia to attack Ukraine (for some reason they always do that, there is 9999% chance they will accept protectorate from double sway. Needless to say that this region alone worth more than all your lands. Now build up economy and gradually drop your protectorates freedom and annex em. At this point u should be able to war 1 v all already. Steal GB British Raj, steal wth you want actually, easy x2 prestige and top 1.
