The game has been reworked six ways to sunday since release because nearly every system on release was awful, buggy, incompetent, etc. Today after 6 months since 1.5 we get a few UI changes and the DLC delayed 2 more months.
The AI still can't perform basic gameplay like construction center optimizations, resource priorities, etc.
In terms of actual functional content, features that the player can engage and interact with that they couldn't previously have seen little to no additions since launch, companies being the biggest one (which was stripped from other content to make up for how abysmal they acknowledged their development has been.
We as players have been baited into buying their early access title as lovers of Vic, and receive the imperator rome treatment as a result. Paradox is a shadow of it's former self.
That's been the trend for Paradox, for EU4 I bought every new DLC with glee when it was first released. Loved that game, until they started getting real scummy, "giving" free updates that break the game unless you buy the DLC; not to mention the low and and lessening content for an increasing price. I for one will need proof of quality before I buy anything from Paradox.
Is this correct?
