wtf am i meant to argue im just saying that there should be a war goal option thing where you can liberate the country as your puppet there really isnt much to add

Ah, yes, thanks for the clarification. Yes, there should be such an option. Like a brazillion other things which weren't finished, were left out, got cut short or are simply bugged. Now, try to argue your point, and hope that it might get included in the next big update which aims to overhaul diplomacy.
