How do i raise SoL
I do not get it. I build what people need, more of what is needed is produced, prices drop, SoL does not change. I lower taxes, build more, improve factories and farms, SoL still stays the same, even drops slightly. Then, out of nowhere, it raises by 2 points. Nothing new was built or stocked, it just appears. Why is this, how do I control the growth of SoL. I'm thinking of just ignoring it and oppressing everyone because of how annoying it is.

As the jobs pay more and the products they buy get cheaper or taxes go down you can see SoL go up.

Tips
Subsidized business pay more
Don’t put consumption tax on needs, transportation or services.
Spread the building’s out to where they are needed.
Make needs as cheap as realistically possible.

now if you could only get people to actually work in the buildings to make the needs cheaper but they always want a higher wage... than possible...

I noticed that too. I had an iron mine be the most productive iron mine in the entire world and still paying laborers starvation wages. How does this work?
