Rail transportation/Automation
How do you make these profitable? When I enact these every business bleeds money and every farm stops producing and people run away to another business.

A railway proving a significant profit still needs to be subsided or everyone will bail from there job, any ideas?

There are 2 factors. You have a overheated economy with lack of workers. And/or you are able to supply excess transportation or whatever the automation requires like coal, tools and electricity.

Usually you always want to sub railways and power plants.

Playing brazil, still got alot of jobseekers, i think its a wage issue, I think if they factory or places were workerable they would get their desired wage.

I think you confuse 2 concepts, because the game is extraordinary awful in 1.5.

You likely do not have the workers to begin with!

A jobseeker isn't unemployed, they're just looking for a better offer. There's nothing wrong with the factory it's just that the other places they're working in are better. Automate some of the other workplaces to free up some workers or increase immigration.

I do, i did just fix it, not all my motor workshops had auotomation and they for some reason compare wages to other states with the same buisness.

same here, before the 1.5 update, railways are profitable, now it's not, because consumers are only the rural buildings like farms and mines. I hope they fix it, I can't balance the infrastructure and at the same time profit from it. I got it subsidized just to balance the demand on the infrastructures, the problem is usage, especially when the urban centers are so high, it negates the competes with the usage of railways.

Yeah I have no idea how to balance it, I even tried setting motor factories to reduce cost but doesn't work well.
