Where are conscripts???

I have mass conscription law enabled, with a professional army of 9 and supposedly 30 conscripts to call up.

However I cannot for the life of me find where I can add, mobilise or deploy these conscripts.

in the military tab with the option "activate conscripts". They take some time tho.

Go to your army, where you see the name of your unit type (ie; Line Infantry) you will see below two rows of unit counts. The first are your regulars, the second are your conscripts. Add conscripts to the army via that, then after you have mobilized the Raise Conscripts button is directly above your mobilizing bar.
