Can't buy the DLC

I have the season pass and only have to buy the DLC for 0€, but there is always an error message :,(

We are aware of this and are investigating it now. we apologize for the inconvenience!

This point on the forums will be updated with info on a fix or workaround when it becomes available, we would also like anyone having the issue to post and describe it in detail to help us find exactly what's wrong.

Same, i don't know if i must buy the dlc because, it shows in expansion pass, i already have 14/14 dlcs, it says dlc is in american buildings too. But i can't see in property dlcs already possessed. In a forum, dev indicated dlc can be free for people will bought again expansion. For free.

''Alongside this, when the region pack releases on the 14th of November owners of the expansion pass will need to 're-buy' the pass to gain access to the region pack. This will not cost you anything as in the pass, like the American Buildings pack, Colossus of the South is marked free.''
