Is there a way to turn off revolutions for players?
They want me to pass a law or revolt, I try to pass it and then the people who don’t want the law passed revolt, so I don’t pass that law and then the people who want that law passed revolt…

Come on, what do you want from me?

I didn't see it in the settings so maybe no, since it's a big part of the game. But yeah, different groups have often opposite goals so no wonder.

Usually, that means you miss-managed your parties just a wee bit. If it's early game where you're trying to take control from the landowners or religious folks and give it to other parties, you're gonna have to take it careful until you understand the systems fully.

just hit switch country and concede as the revolutionary state.

Sounds like a playermade situation where you let radicals get too strong by neglecting their standard of living, not having welfare laws, good enough wages, etc?

as for what they want from you, well one side wants a law passed, and the other side wants a law kept.

Both sides were grown powerful enough to cause you a problem.

Solution? Manage your pops better.

just tag over to what ever side revolted and hit capitulate if you want i guess. the revolution system is already a poor system in representing actual politics but its a video game so obviously thats to be expected
