Can we move our capital?

For example... I am playing as portugal... but unfortuently... Portugal is too small for the big nation I wanna build... I would like to move to africa... then release portugal as a subject!

Would be nice!

Lens at the bottom --> Political Lens --> State actions --> Button to change capital

Note that it gives a decaying debuff to some stuff, think it was admin and diplo over a period.

You can only move your capital to your primary cultures homelands, so you're most likely not going to be able to move your capital to anywhere in Africa as Portugal. Unless they can get an African culture as a primary culture, which is entirely different from being an accepted culture.
