Auto-Pause On Events

I usually play Paradox games mostly on 1-2 speed while taking care of other things around the house. I play more focused when the situation demands, but theres usually a good bit of slow moments for me to walk away.

The problem is that i think this is the only Paradox game in my library that doesnt have auto-pause. I'm really hoping that the mechanic will find it's way into the game soon.

I know i'm already losing efficiency and will face a few problems if i'm not constantly watching. For example in CK3 sometimes pesky raiders will be able to get in and get out without me noticing or being able to react.

But, in this game, things like diplomatic plays, technology, wars, etc, could really use some optional auto pause options tied to them.

Imperator also did not have auto pause. At least not for all events. It is very annoying.

They got better at giving a pop up for the diplo plays when you get targeted. But I to would like an auto-pause feature that can be toggled.

I also would like to have an option to auto-pin journal entries to the outliner menu on the right side of the screen

Agreed I find myself quickly manually pausing until I read all the information related to the event.
