Maneuvers
Hi, i'm new to this game. Trying get get Austria to join my war but it says I need 20 maneuvers. How do I see how much maneuvers I have and how do I get more?

On the Diplomatic Play screen. Its like a little book icon.

Main diplomatic play window, at the top near your flag shows how many maneuvers you have.

You get more maneuvers from your power tier rank (great, major, minor etc) and from technology.
