Report a translation problem
I usually see RunDLL errors in these instances from cracked software but it might also be something else. Worth making sure, cause if it is, it can often times not even matter what support we can give to try and fix this if it's cracked.
Stuff like this usually happens with cracked software because the software contains a virus that your AV will remove but there's a registry file left over. With your AV removing the virus/contaminated file, the game is missing a required file to launch.
It worked once, I'll need to try again to make sure.

I updated my windows, and after that the launcher was functioning properly, and after I reinstalled my game everything seems to work fine.
