The Autumn/Black Friday sale has already started. No surprise that it isn't discounted because it just launched.

I'd guess maybe 5-10% off at Christmas.

No one can say for sure though, it's against Steam TOS to expose discount information in advance.

Plenty of reviews show that the game has been 'activated via key' (yes it tells you. in the top corner of the review, how the game has been gotten... - go see for yourself.) - steam icon or a key icon.
