Troop numbers?
Im not a fan of having 200 troop power. How many troops per battalion? Can there be a mod where real troops numbers can be shown so the game isnt ruined?

Assuming it falls in line with reality, which is at the very least a loose aim for paradox games in these time periods, Battalions consist of aprox 1000 soldiers. they are made of 4 to 6 companies.
A company can be from a few dozen to 200 soldiers, it is the size it needs to be for the task at hand, considering the early game consists of line warfare, that's 200 soldiers.
Meaning a battalion averages out at 1000 soldiers.
So per battalion, you have 1000 soldiers.
A battalion already is a unit of measurement that tells you real troop numbers. It just wasn't one you were readily familiar with.

the game does show oyu real troop numbers.
If you open a generals info window and scroll down, you can open up the list of battalions he commands. on each battalion there's another arrow symbol you can lcick to see the specific attack, defense and exact troop number of that battalion at the current moment.
You can also scorll down/unfold the syme view/infos in a battle in the overview tab for that battle, where you can even track the casualties they take live for each individual battalion.

On a side note, a full strength battalion is always 1000 soldiers strong, just for a general idea of howm any troops oyu are sending to war.

You can actually select your barracks and directly see how many soldiers and officers are stationed there. (1 battalion = 950 soldiers + 50 officers)
In barracks you can also adjust composition of your troops when new technology is available.
