Truce not working?

So just fought a war won and right after the war ended i got a native uprising and they are now backing them in the war also have cordial relations and they where seeking alliance before they joined the fight.

This must be bug right? or is this intended? whats the point of a truce if they can just join diplomatic plays against you at least they should get heavy infamy penalties for joining when having a truce...

Dipplay bypasses truces.

Pretty sure this is intended.

The point is they need an excuse to get back into a fight with you, but they totally can still do that if the opportunity presents itself.

Humme not sure about native uprising but in a normal diplo play if they have a truce they can't join, unless they are called in automatically like alliances, over lord, defensive pact etc

You must be misremembering it

Start new game as egypt, start dipplay on Jabal Shammar, Tag over as ottomans, wait 20 days, back Jabal Shammar

Done

(TUR and EGY has a 24 month truce on game start)

Feels kinda dumb that they can join when we have 50+ relation. i get it if its a def pac or alliance or an obligation. but this was a random native uprising kinda sure you are not supost to be able to join wars if your relations is to high
