How to activate Slavery in Europe?

i would have slaves in Countrys like "Cracow". but i dont know, which interest group i needed for

Landowners usually and you have to strengthen them to have a chance of getting it through. The trait/perk of their Interest Group leader also matters, there is a slaveholder peronality who can help alot

In order to be able to activate slavery laws you need an interest group with pro-slavery ideology. Which would normally be the landowner interest group.
But most european countries don't have any faction with a pro-slavery ideology, only exception i've found in europe is spain.

So i don't think that you would be able to implement slavery laws in your country, if you start without any in the first place.


On the other hand: in terms of gameplay mechanics you don't want to introduce slavery, it's usually a pretty bad economic decision.

Its better in part 3 now, debt slavery is amazing... the problem comes from pissing off everyone else for revolts.

Pretty much they are trash interest group. They hold back every nation from reaching its full potential.
