But most european countries don't have any faction with a pro-slavery ideology, only exception i've found in europe is spain.
So i don't think that you would be able to implement slavery laws in your country, if you start without any in the first place.
On the other hand: in terms of gameplay mechanics you don't want to introduce slavery, it's usually a pretty bad economic decision.
Its better in part 3 now, debt slavery is amazing... the problem comes from pissing off everyone else for revolts.
