Victoria is always so complicated

I mean thats not a bad thing because once you get the hang of the game you realize it has so much depth to it. There are so many variables that go into game play and how things will turn out. But it just always amazes me how every Victoria game is super complex compared to any other game.

Victoria 3 is not that complicated. This game is just like making dough: when there is too much water, you need to add flour; when there is too much flour, you need to add water.

Repeat this until the game crushed.

Says the bloody accelerationist, Paradox just loves to add a billion new mechanics and trade goods into their new games to make the game as complicated as possible so people will spend possibly weeks just to understand the basics of the game. Victoria 3 ain't an exception.

Comparing to some older PDX titles, this game is easy to master.
It's hard to understand at first due to bad UI and lack of explanations how systems work.

And once one gets a grasp, it dawns on him how stupid he was to buy it.
