There is no preload. The game releases in 1 hour and 40 minutes.

literally a company that has direct control of when they release it chooses an arbitrary time to release a compilation of files that can easily just have been released at midnight just like every other game out there. its pretty brain dead to be honest and pretending like its normal is ridiculous.

I mean. They release it at a time that is convenient for them, plus it's also to build up hype.

Funnily enough i checked the time earlier in the morning...and several sources said its gonna release 3pm BST.... which was 10 minutes ago -_-

Should have checked official sources instead. The Victoria 3 twitter account posted the 18:00 CEST release time 22 hours ago.

Steam is an official source. The devs set the time on steam.

the official paradox counter sais 18:00 cest but steam said 16:00 cest. so they have to give us the game at 16:00 cause it was like an advertisement
