Paradox games usually have Sweden based release times no? So it'll release tomorrow at like 8am alaska time for me I think? CK3 came out at a similar time too

Paradox games and DLC's usually release around 1 or 2pm in God's real English time. I've had them unlock as early as 11am and as late as 6pm though.

here in the East US it has been between 10am and noon for the most part, in my experience.

Paradox have said it releases at 18:00 CEST, that's the only source worth looking at

This game release at the same time every other Paradox game release and that is the standard Valve time, that is a fixed time of the day, in Central Europe, that is 18.00 (since it is still summertime)

So that is the release time.. most (over 95%) of games on steam, release at Valve time.
If there is no marketing about it, always assume games to release at that hour, if developers/publishers pay to get a rolling or fixed midnight release, they always mass advertise it (since they pay for it)
