Apparently influencers mentioned France being too weak before release so Paradox just overtuned it.

They have been strong in all my games, outperforming all other nations except whichever one I'm controlling. Even had a moment in my UK game where their economy was larger than mine. Didn't last for long though but it was still extremely embarrassing.

i havent played as france yet so i'm too sure but one game i switched to them while i was learning and they had something like 2k construction when everyone else had 300. Laizee faire in the game can become pretty crazy in the game though if you get rich enough fast enough it can support 2k construction easily.

It is hitorical acurate. The superpowers were not named that by accident. War is a huge risk in Vic3. And that is fking realistic.
