Abandoning a state

Hey !

Playing as Netherlands, we start with a very small territory in Africa, the Dutch Ghana.

It's not a totally useless place, but it's not incredible either. Later in the game, it just start giving events after events in this place. "A Brazen Expedition" Which only either gives me infamy, and relation loses with the other concerned one (Which is Great Britain...), or it makes me lose prestige. And this event happens SO OFTEN... Like, 3 or 4 times a year ?

It's very problematic, I'd rather just give them that state or abandon it. Is there a way to do that ?

Console command "own x145AdE (<-enter your province id)" and than add a country tag you want to give the province
