Dealing with Heavenly Kingdom
The bane of my Qing games, I have no idea how to stop it happening, if that's even possible? Let alone how to manage or fight against it when it fires, so far in multiple games it slowly puts its modifer on all states and then fires so I end up with about 3 states left while they have the entire country. Clearly I'm missing something but can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to deal with it?

funny that, in 10 games ive started/restarted to find me a country

it never happens to AI Qing
funnier yet, they are consistently 3rd/4th largest economy
