Diplomatic play - Offer Participation suggestion
So, maybe I'm just too stupid to find the menu, but:

There has to be some way as a player to tell the AI what you want for participating on a nations behalf in an diplomatic play. Till now, I just get random ideas thrown at my head to help someone. "Hey, maybe we could end slavery in XY". I mean... maybe... But i would rather take a treaty port.
The System how it is now, where proposals just can be made by the two active powers, works maybe for the ai.
But the ai is helpless when it comes to predict what the player could want.

We need a menu for third parties (for the player) to offer participation under specific terms so that the ai does not have to guess.

Its kind of gamebreaking for me, if no one thought about this.

If you support a nation there is no way to take stuff from what I see? I've played multiplayer with friends and we cant start a diplomatic play to both take states from the enemy. Only the initiator can do that. Which means all the wargoals only benefit the initiator or target so you're just helping people out of the kindness of your heart which is annoying at times.

if you start a diplo-play, you can offer other nations some stuff, like obligations, for participation.
This works if you offer something to the ai. What the ai would accept is highlighted. Therefore, the ai can express what it would take to fight alongside you and other ai.

But there is no way to tell the ai what you as the player would accept. so the ai just tries random things in my experience.

Ah right I never see that because in my games I never join diplo plays that dont affect me and in MP I am allied or defensive pact with my friends so I cant be offered anything.

Can you be offered states to be brought into it? That might mean that being allied with human players is inherently bad as you cant gain states in wars

I agree! For me it's the worst part of this game!

its even worse, i saved france from the communist revolution (communists backed down when i joined) and they thanked me with starting a break apart war against me

Hope this gets adressed by the developement team sometime in the future.
Its a major inbalance between ai and player in a core-element of gameplay.
