Contagious disease act
Hi there, i have a problem, this is my first game as belgium and i have 3 times the same debuff on a single province (contagious disease act) reducing my standard of living by 6 and causing massive unrest. there are no timer on those modifier and i can't find anything to remove them. is this a bug ? is my province doomed ?
