- Pass Professional Army Law (Military in your government will make it super fast)

- Raise Conscripts

- Use the Conscription Edict

- Research Napoleonic Warfare so you can get better cannons mid-war

General Neto is good as a defender, so the ideal strategy with him is to attack before the Brazilians can get to the Front, and when they arrive, alternate between defense and attack. If your morale begins to drop, switch to defense and wait some cycles, everytime Brazil loses a battle and gets morale low, switch to advance.
