Is it closer to Crusaders King, Anno 1800 or Civ 6. I it more about Diplomacy, Combat,or World Building. It does look good but not sure I can get into it.

Diplomacy, geopolitics, market, society, industrial revolution.

It's a society/economy simulator. Warfare is in it but it doesn't play a gigantic role in it like previous grand strategy titles. If you like city building, political intrigue, or economics then you will love it.

Best summed up rn as like a factorio kinda type system. You know, build one resource that requires another that requires another that requires another etc etc. Lot more focused on that than in vic 2 thanks to the lack of capitalists

you can move armies to the fronts in eitehr an attack or defend posture. Actually I find once the battle starts it's no different than CK3 warfare. If you're looking for HOI levels of detail and micromanagement, you won't get that here.
