Victoria 3 time limit

I hope in Victoria 3 your able to play beyond 1936 as an option. A lot, of other games employ this option. I'm not someone that likes time limits.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a way to keep playing after 1936. Greatly extending the end date would be a trivial mod to make. Just don't expect any unique content for it.

There will no doubt be a mod for it at the very least, and there will eventually be one that'll add content and events for that period too.

At the end of every Paradox game, you have the option to continue playing. I think though it disables achievements if you continue past the end date.

Actually this is in modern games, like HoI and Imperator (the ones I have played) in vic 2 once you reach 1936 you had to stop so I hope we can continue to play and get all the tech and such.

I'm sure they will do what they did in Crusader Kings 3 where there is a option for no end date

If you disable Ironman mode, you will probably be able to continue like most PDX games. In worst case scenario, there will be mod for it.

They could also let you import your save into Hoi4 and continue from there, just how they did with ck2 + eu4

People at Paradox have said multiple times that they regretted creating the CK2-EU4 converter. Don't count on them ever releasing an official converter again.

There'll be a mod for it. You really think people aren't going to make mods expanding the timeline to at LEAST 1945? There's no way people aren't going to do that. It's WW2. Come on, man.
