We already know that colonialism will be nerfed in V3, so let's take this system to its logical conclusion by enabling the peoples of the Ottoman Empire to free themselves from their oppressors, declaring their allegiance to a new, reborn, immortal Roman Empire.

Like many empires and kingdoms in OTL, a German (Prussian) aristocrat could become the new emperor. Maybe we could get one with Mongolian ancestry too, for cores across Genghis Khan's mighty empire...
