i got a incarnation stone but how do i use

equipping the incarnation stone does nothing, how to use please anyone know anything?

You equip the stone, and press Z.

How do you equip the stone? It wont go in the hotbar, and it doesnt seem to go into weapon or offhand or quiver slot either? Thanks for any help

just click on the stone and press use item

it wont work if you have added it via console
