This is for the Chinese market only, not Steam. Cyrus, the DnL Discord CM, seems to think this is just a port of the mobile version. Better than that I read some of their official web page translations and they even say in Chinese that they reserve the right "to translate anything into English for other countries to read or use" , pretty much threatening people that translate contests and more they have running.

They have already had many contests ect to give away prizes in game for select few.
