Gaia - where to find

Where can I find stuff to advance on this map? I have been all over but cannot find anything that usually is in Archos. Such as the stuff you can find in the ice cave to help you advance your skills to make the special forge. Also what do we do when we go to an outpost? The outposts that we can teleport to with the coin besides sell to the creepy guy who says "hiii".

Gaia has ice caves. For outpots & coins, type "O" to pull up "Tasks" for quests to advance those faction quests.
