yeah your gonna have to also do the god quests to get movement speed bonus

Movement speed is tied to enchanting your boots and other armor. Not sure about crafting speed tbh, never paid much attention

Movement speed + Crafting speed is increased via quest rewarsd as well as Enchanted Trav Gear pieces (this also increases stamina so you run longer), Workers gear increases how much you can carry when enchanted and your sta is increased

Well if you play on US server 1 shard of faith with cyrus he might give you some tips.

You can find him right outside of nothern outpost with dragon flying mount on map made for not flyers.

If you can't find him this might help
