Anywhere to get actual support from devs?

Well it's been a little over 2 weeks since i posted on here about my issues trying to get into the game. I've did everything from re-instaling the game, uninstaling drivers and re-installing,deleting saves, pretty much everything i can think of. I still get this error i will state down below at 70% loading on single player and at 94% loading on any server. I try opening the game multiple times each day throughout the day nothing ever worked. Played this game with no issues before this started randomly. I've emailed Snail games support team, opened a ticket on their website (last activity was 1 year ago for them on there) and i also made a post here about this on September 3rd. Im at the end of the road with this game, i really loved playing it but i just cant seem to find a fix for this issue anywhere. I've bought software to solve driver issues and whasted hours of my time. As a last stitch effort has anyone seen or fixed this issue below before or have any idea how i could contact the dev team to work on this?Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this, happy adventures!

Not sure whats wrong on your end but it's not the game. My specs are on my profile I run 16 Ram Gtx 980 i7 have no issues and get 60fps on high settings. Definitly not the game but on your end! They also have a Website. Idk why people think because a game is released on Steam the Devs read the Discussions. That's Double the work when you have a Website with your own Forums ;) it's 2018!!

Since you didnt have any problem playing and no new patch concerning crucial things of the game, came the last 3-4 months, the problem is from your side. As it seems has to do with the graphics card. Maybe a recent update at the drivers caused this problem. Try to roll back to older drivers of your card gtx 1070.

Hey sorry you are going through. I’d recommend you create a memtest86 boot usb and test memory.
If no errors after running an hour or so uninstall game.
Install latest Nvidia drivers and do fresh install.
Update directx
Install game
Run using launch options from post

i had the same error today with a gtx 680 but with a restart of the game everything was fine!

I would also run a diskcheck for any bad blocks on the hdd but I will add, I have had the same error once in a blue moon and not sure what causes it, I have also had the error more so on a less powerful machine for example, my old e8500, gtx460, 8gb ddr2 cannot last longer than an 8 hour session before crashing with a similar error, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.
