Dedicated Server not loading

HELP!!! =(
I am playing in a PVE server with my brother, but in a few days we are going to be working harder and probably we are gonna lose our farm =/
So, I was thinking about to run a dedicated server for us, then I can shut down when we are not able to play.

But.... it's not starting.
I already tryed try tutorial:

For me it's not show the "full startup"

My PC:
i7 4770 3.4Ghz
16GB RAM
GTX 1050ti

I tried but nothing changed...
not showing a message saying it's started =/

I use the server manager as well and it works fine, it will only ever have the 4 lines for memory and won't say full start up or number of core like ARK does. Just give it 3-4 min then play dark and light and look for your server.

You might have to manually add your server IP to steam as a favorite and then search in dark and light under favorited servers.

Sooooo, I tried again yesterday and I can play on this server.
I saw some videos on Youtube where there was a line saying when the server is ready to play.
But, idk if it's normal... for me there a message like "waiting to post"....
So, my brother will try to reach my server, but i am not he will find it.
Cuz for me it's appearing in "local" tab... sooo....

So..... it's not working =/
He cant join my session and the Availability says "Waiting For Publication"
So I just give up
i know i will find another game when I can create a dedicated server to be a real server for me and my brother ¬¬
