Changing or deleting character?

I just bought the game yesterday and clicked through the character creation in my hurry to take a look at the game itself. Went to make my own character and no longer can?? This seems like a huge oversight by the devs if it isn't possible. I'm hoping the settings might just be hidden away somewhere. Does anyone know if you can change the appearence of your character once you've started the game? (I don't mind if it means restarting from the beginning as I just got it.)

(Solo player mode).

u will need to create a new character. unfortunately, u will also lose all ur progress, too.

But at least u decided, on this early.

Thanks Guardian. Happy to make a new character but I can't find any way to do that? (It doesn't give you that option and goes straight to the game with the existing character.) Do you know how to get it to give you the option to remake the character? Thanks

Hey Jacp,
you are right the developers need to add an addition screen which allows
a) play with the current character
b) make a new one character. after the Login menu.

But this option is available, Log in with ur Current character, than once in game Die.
When u are presented with the resurrection map, You can also see a CREATE a NEW PLAYER Tab Button, on the bottom left side.

That's it.

Urgh, if that represents the actual state of the game...Not even an option to do that from the main menu? I don't think it will cost a lot of time or effort to do it.

emp456 Not only is it also annoying to the player to not be able to keep things organized. It also makes the devs use up unnecessary resources to keep characters on the server that the players have zero interest in keeping/using.
Considering World of Warcraft was able to show a visual of characters before you joined the server and allow you to add/delete them before joining, back in the early 2000s, yes I think you are correct that this can easily be done.
