Go to command for pets?

I have seen in youtube videos players using some kind of command to get animals to move to a spot ont he ground indicated by a red arrow simmilar to how it worked in ark. I cannot figure out how can this be bound via a file since it is not available in game or am i just missing something?

Red arrow is attack target. I forget the keybind. Green arrow is move here. Keybind is L

I'm not sure how he was doign it but it was makign a red arrow on the ground and his bird would come to it no hostile targets involved.

i think its bound to the H key for attack.(red arrow)
