Where to find cyclops

Can someone give me directions to a Cyclops spawn from the human city. Also how long do they take to tame. I have limited time the next few days

north or east of the swamp (giant trees) on the side of the mountain. they have some small camps around there where you should see some fires.

can't remember the map 100% cause not in game but i\m thinking more east than north. it's literally right beside the swamp on the mountain.

Should I go left after I cross the bridge from the human village or right? I can't say I remember a swamp. Also, do they require iron arrows?

I have no idea. I'm from the dwarf village. And I'm unsure as I have not tamed one yet

Go to the mountains that are in the direction of the volcano there are alot of cyclops there

I just put one down with stone arrows and it's eating apples.

They make the worst noise while taming too.

You can use stone hook arrows, and they can eat apples, raw meat and cooked meat (when i tamed mine it prefered cookied meat)

Some say yeti saddles work. But I'm mainly looking fir a good fighter. Flyers are cool but they are very hard to control at the moment

how so? I have a griffin & nidhog and they don't seem hard to me ? maybe i'm just using the easy ones?

The whistle commands doubt work properly so you have to approach them to get them to stay which is a pain while they fly around.

They also constantly fly into me and fly into friendly fire constantly

oh i see, you are using them as unmanned aircraft. don't really think anything is good for unmanned combat unless you just stay back. the freindly fire makes this difficult.
