CHeat Mode

How do I activate the console I am using a PC tried the tab key and it wont work

NOt working how do I run games as admin? I know I have to go to local files on steam but not sure which one I actually have to right click on

are you running a server or single player? default console is "+" key on right of keyboard. i always change mine to tilde "~"

Console Commands

Numpad+ opens the Console Command bar. You can change it in the Options menu.

Command – Effect

cheat god – Enables godmode, you can not die except you can still drown

cheat fly – Allows you to fly

cheat giveitemnum 299 1 0 0 – Command for coins

cheat addexperience 1000 0 0 – Gives you 1000xp, you can change the value.

Forcing taming a creature -> type “forcetame” while looking at a creature.

AI toggled off -> type “cheat playeronly)

Free camera -> type “cheat enablespectator”

Stop Camera -> type “stopspectating”

Set color for creature -> type “settargetdinocolor (color region) (color)”



Cheat Giveitemnum (item ID) (quantity) 1 0
exp cheat giveitemnum 1 1 1 0

How do you stop god mode? To return to be attackable, etc... just like regular player ?

you can stop god mode if you enter "cheat god" again

Yea this is not working on my dedicated server that i am hosting, i typed enablecheats adminpassword but it does nothing.

Have you set the adminpassword? Is it in your .ini file or do you specify it your executable options?

I use DnL Server Manager like most people probably do with smaller servers as i am used to this with ARK before i rented a server as i do now and i never had an issue typing enablecheats adminpassword so i know i am doing this correctly i am just not understanding why it is not working.
