Creatures not eating from troughs

I am having issues with my tamed creatures almost dying from starvation because they will not eat from the troughs.

On my side, zero trouble about that. All my tamed targets eat from the trough

yes posted that in bugs yesterday mine stopped eatng from troughs after the horid patch in single player.

This is happening on our private server also. I'm not sure when it started, it had to be recent. Tried making new troughs and that didn't fix the problem. Putting food on the critters works for the time being.

are you using wooden or stone i was having problem with wooden i made stone not had a problem yet

Did u have the issue with wood and then tried stone or did u already have stone and never had an issue?

I've tried both. I managed to get them to eat berries from a stone trough, but my carnivores will not touch the meat from either.

That's pretty odd - we aren't seeing any issues with wooden troughs and taming on our end at the moment. Are you only seeing it with carnivorous creatures, or with everything?

I've been able to tame with wooden troughs for both carnivores and herbivores. The bear I was trying to tame would not eat anything from a stone trough. My previous tames will not eat meat from either trough, but my herbivores seem to eat berries from the stone trough only.

All my existing tames will not eat from the wooden trough and only eat berries from the stone trough.

I love this game, but this needs fixing soon. Taming Creatures is a HUGE part of this game and if we can't do that correctly it's starting to get into the unplayable category. I hope that they see these complaints because I know I posted on this a week ago and people are still having these issues. I don't mind the lag, I don't mind the weird kinks but if you cant tame creatures thats like 80 percent of the game. Devs- Hotfix this please. =)

Ours also aren't eating through the troughs.

I thought 80% of the game was trying to find an area where you CAN tame something after entire regions have been taken over by panthers, wolves, and griffins

For me, we can tame anything from a wood trough but once tamed, they only eat from a stone trough. That a bug or design?

tames do not eat from wood troughs,even with the trough icon above their heads, they eat from stone troughs tough.
while taming, they will eat from wood troughs though
