Cant Use Glass Bottle In Crafting

I crafted some glass bottles to make Magic Essences but it shows that it's still not there, like I crafted the wrong item but thats the name and the icon showed there. A bug or am I doing something wrong?

Never tried that so far, did you place the bottle and other mats in teh magic workbench? It is not craftable in hand i think.

Yea the other mats it shows but not the glass bottle. (in the magic workbench or whatever it's called)

I think there's a bug with them because my friend and I can't craft the focusing elixir (which is supposedly crafted in your inventory) with the green leaf things and the glass bottle and there's no schematic for it :/

Fill the bottles with water (just go in water and use them there). Then put them in it, and it's working :)

What do you mean by "put them in it" I've tried the combine button and everything. Even dragging, full or empty bottles. Am I missing something?
