Long loading times?

Tried to play this game, after getting through the menu, selecting which server to play or singleplayer, the game goe sinto the loading mode where I see the dragon flapping its wings. It goes on for a long itme and doesnt seem to load. Any fix?

I get those long loading times too, but it does eventually load. (For me anyways)

wait a very long time and a loading bar will apear i've waiting close to 10mins the first time.

takes a good minute, but i'm also playing on amped graphics from an SSD... i can't imagine this on my storage drive haha.

takes 5 to 10 min for me. about 5 min of the dragon flapping with loading on the right side, then it will go to white screen for a sec then u can briefly see server screen then back to dragon flying loading screen but this time with an actuall loading screen at the bottom, but it does load. Also would try and EU server, they are running so much better then th us servers

Same, it takes a while and yeah is somewhere between the 5-10 minutes mark. Seems to be normal atm.

Yeah, I get to watch the dragon for like 5 minutes every time it loads.

Same long loading times. Game also looks like crap for me. Plus controller does not fully work. Playing single player and getting killed by a Lvl 112 Wraith at night right outside of starting town......yeah not leaving a good impression so far. Really hope they get a lot of the issues worked out soon.

I was a player of the original game back in the day and would like to see this improve.

The game just got released afew days ago, It runs on the same engine as ark. Maybe the long loads is a problem in the game itself so they are maybe trying to fix it, Don't just come in and say your pc is slow, This game is still in Early access. If a game gets released on early access, That doesn't mean that it will run smoothly. It will have alot of problems so the developers will try to fix them, It doesnt mean its the computers fault.

It really works tho, I get no slowdowns and i run games very fast. Shucks that i have to get that amd cpu because of my motherboard. Atleast it works right?

Same problem here and refunded. They had to know of this issue before it got to Steam.

I can say its a machine issue because I load in less than 30 seonds the first time. Faster after that. Granted Im running a $10k machine. But the point is still valid.

Wow, A 10k machine? That is such a expansive computer. O.O. They tweeted me and they said optimisation is their top priority.
