I cant seem to get out of the ground

I have an oculus quest 2 but hooked it up to my pc to play pc games so i downloaded bar fight on here not knowing i can get it on quest. I have found that i get in but i am stuck in the ground without any hand controls to grab phone and change height. I also dont exactlly know if I have steam vr downloaded but i do play blades and sorcery which works. Can i get some assitance?

Update:
Run Steam VR and navigate to your home
Run Drunkn Bar Fight from home
Once you load into the game you should be able to adjust your height from the phone once you begin

As a side note I decided to run the display of the game to ensure I could tell the height/ appearance of my character. I was previously unable to do this due to my SteamVR application failing me on startup.

If issue continues try re starting steam VR or reconnect device. I was using the Oculus Quest 2.

Hey, PhantomMan1010! How's it going? Did you try restarting and/or reinstalling SteamVR? If you did and the game still doesn't work properly, try verifying Drunkn Bar Fight game files and, if the problem still persists, please try reinstalling it.
