Runtime Error 216

Whenever I run this program, It loads almost all the way through and then i get the error "Runtime error 216 at (Random Error Number)". Ive looked online to find out what could be happening and I havent found much. Ive run many virus and trojan scans and I found nothing that fixed the error. I really want to use this program, please help if you know anything about this problem!
