I think i pressed a key by accident but now all of my mp4 file is not not showing yet if i move it to a different track it works fine, can i fix it in a way so that i don't need to move it to another track?

Do a Vegas "reset to default values"

Close the program. Now press CTRL+SHIFT while double-clicking on the program's icon to launch it. Continue to hold the CTRL & SHIFT keys until the program is fully up and loaded.

In newer programs, you will see a window that asks "Do you want to reset all preferences to default values?" Place a checkmark next to "Delete all cached application data" and then click Yes."

If you do this you are going to loose all of your preferences, track motion presets and possibly some other presets as well.
