Sony Vegas keep rendering my videos on 50 FPS instead of 60 FPS

I have been using the same template for one year, and it always render my videos on 60 fps but today when I upload my video on youtube it was renderer on 50 fps for some reason, I checked the properties of the video and it was on 50 fps, so youtube wasn't the problem. Any ideas what is going on?

You also checked if it was rendering in 60 fps right? also I'd try rendering it on 70, if that does not work then check the youtube setting.
