Sony Vegas Pro is still screwing up

i really think MAGIX is so over-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ qualified because of how retarded their emails work, they give me ♥♥♥♥ that mess up my computer and i accidentally made a new administrator account, if you look at these Imgur pages on what i am talking about it'll show you what i am talking about.

they're literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ telling me to make a "hidden" admin account work, and it screwed me so much and it was big time, so i had to talk to an IT technician and he helped me get that off of there, so no i am not going to listen to what crap they're going to put me up with, i cannot seem to find the Windows C++ 2012 Redistributable file and it crashes in the event viewer saying "MSVCR110.dll is missing", and the event viewer informs me about the crash.

hell i even tried downloading a fix for Sony Vegas Pro's MSVCR110.dll and i dodged a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ harmful bullet for my PC, Windows Defender blocked this trojan named "Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml", I. STILL. CANNOT. FIND. A. ANSWER. you the community needs to help me.

so sick and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tired of waiting too, i have a YouTube account and i don't want my subscribers to stop watching me, please help ASAP.

i see 2 version of C++ 2012 installed on w10 Home editon .
x64 , 11.0.61030
x86 , 11.0.61030

i will try to find what programs installed them , and post back .

MSVCR microsoft virtual c\c++ Run-Time ( c++ libraries )

DOOM 2016 still has the 2 above files in the DOOM 2016 Steam folder .

i don't have DOOM 2016, and i neither have both 2012 C++ Redistributable files, give me a download link that doesn't have malware or viruses, thanks.

2008 to 2017 VCR . it's all there . install as you need to .

Steam recently added the new "Steamworks" stuff , and it includes Steamworks
archive of redistributables . you will find what you need there .

funny thing there is no such thing as "Steamworks Shared" folder anywhere, are you sure you're giving me the right answer?

i have Steam installed on E drive .
you might have Steam installed on C drive .

Steam's Common folder , that has ALL Steam programs ,
also has "Steamworks Shared" folder .

i think it is a new folder .
when i install steam stuff , Steam always includes "Steamworks"
as part of the Steam Download .
Steam never did that before .

i did found Steamworks, it's fine the directory is in the D: drive, thanks so much.

P.S. i guess i was so tired yesterday i thought i was talking to a family member that i knew, and then accidentally wrote "i love you", normally me and my dad would be talking about this stuff, sorry about that lmao.

I know this is nearly two years old now, but this just saved my day. DL'd from MS site and it wasn't allowing me to install, but the common redistributables version allowed me to repair and Vegas now works!

So, the issue here is that I don't have an answer to your problem since the following stated:

1. I don't have Sony Vegas Pro 14 installed on my system that currently runs Steam on.
2. I don't know what else to say since this thread has been necroed/revived from ancient times.
3. I simply do not know how to fix any Sony Vegas Pro issues since I am not a wizard or professional at it.

If you want, you could instead make a forums post yourself or go and ask people at MAGIX. I would like it if I don't have this thread revived since now it's irrelevant and it is a dead thread. Like said if you need help, you have the right to make a thread yourself. Thank you.
