They just released a new version of Agricola, it looks like it has a much better UI than this one.. but I'm not sure what the differences are.

Thanks for letting me know. The reviews have me worried a little, but if it's a port of the IOS ipad game that is fine, I play that one ALOT. However I hope they stand by it and work the kinks out of it, and add expanisons.....the iOS version was a bit rough at first as well, but someone kept at it and it's a very good game now. Will try it first on my account, but if they can get to at least equal the IOS I will buy copies for family and friends.

I also still want Caverna! :D

Well its a port but its a port of the revised edition and there seem to be differences. Color me confused though.

The new one is Agricola (the original board game for 3-5 players), not Agricola All Creatures Big and Small (made for 2 players).

They are two completely different games by the same designer, although this one is a lighter, 2 player spin-off, of the original Agricola.


"Agricola Revised" is a much heavier game, while this one is a "lighter version", but both are loads of fun.

PS Caverna would be awesome!
