Windows 98?

I don't believe steam itself can run on Windows 98.

Windows 7 & 10 are running on Windows 98.

No, Windows 7 and 10 is NT based, while Windows 98 is DOS based along with 95 and ME. If that is what you are thinking about.

Before Winodws XP, only buisness users had an NT based OS.

Irrelevant. There is a lot of DOS games on steam. Doesn't mean steam runs on DOS.

Allow controls to remap (I assume since everything is older you probably did arrows, and I don't buy arrows-only games) and you'd likely have a sale. These controls (with no flexibility) will kill a lot of your sales outright, and the ones who realize it late will refund. Many of us left arrows back in the day, for a reason (tho I know left-handed QWERTYboard users use arrows often, tho some do use WASD). I must say, otherwise -I wanted the game, but that's a huge killer. Controls can make or break a game. It's that simple. I'll follow this, see if you add in WASD.

Well, I'm just going on what I've read (review), if a dev would confirm that would be great. If you'll also confirm there's no mouse-fire dev, (which sux if true), that would be helpful. {Store page *with in-game audio playing* would be more accurate also}. I go to that circus last.. if at all. Just not my thing, and I prefer no commentary videos over there, so that's not too helpful with reviewing (they're the same people writing them here, they have Steam too, who doesn't), the thing with Steam reviews, you can't usually just read 1 or a few, you have to look around and always try to read the flip-side too, as they say, truth is often somewhere in the middle.

in the ingame menu under "readme" there is a pic shown with the movement keys = wasd. and i tell you it works. arrow left/right is for spinning only and not needed.

So you aren't supporting Windows 95? Not everyone can afford to upgrade to 98.

Funny enough, I use my Windows 95 rig more than my Windows 98 rig.

Dev posted more information (another thread), there is Mouse-fire for any others that wander thru and wonder about it.

Yeah, I finally did that (been busy), saw a (negative) review on the game, they showed the settings, WASD with no rebinding options.
