Cant left click or shoot

I can use the mouse to click and i dont have the spinning problem people spoke about, instead my left button just doesnt work, anyone know a work around ?

Don't know if you still need it but try adding the game to your antivirus exceptions.

I appreciate it, i have tried it and sadly i have the same result. I have given up on the game either way
