Cannot find Evihibrow running out of time

Dear all,
Normally I wouldn't mind searching on my own at all but I'm running out of time building the stupid ship and I CANNOT figure out where the heck to find evihibrow for algemein plywood. I'm alreadu gathering in southern white fog forest, I've gotten aurelie's letter, yet - nothing.

It's incredibly frustrating having these obtuse hints and random recipe unlocks while I'm on the god darn clock. I really wanted to like this game, but the time limit clashes HARD with the other mechanics. I'm sure as heck not going to start over if I fail.

Please someone help me before I give up.
